The project starts with a 1:1 meeting with one of our small team, who will introduce the project, answer any of your questions and concerns and discuss whether the
project is right for you.

The next step involves one ride per week for four weeks in a small supportive group with men of similar abilities, exploring routes in and around Inverness.

Following the initial rides, there is the opportunity to stay part of the group with regular evening and weekend rides and a bike mechanics session on the first Tuesday evening of the month.

We can lend you a bike, helmet and jacket .

Cycling towards improved mental and physical well-being.

Getting exercise and being outdoors can have many positive effects on our mental and physical well-being.

Velocity’s Men’s Cycle to Health project works with men who are interested in exploring the benefits of cycling within a group.

The project is open to men aged 18 and over and welcomes riders of all abilities.
