Come along to our bike jumble sale!

Are you needing to have a good clear out of bike parts? Do you have bikes, parts, tools or other bike kit that could be passed on to others and put to good use? Are you looking for parts to complete a project or repair a bike? Velocity will be hosting a bike jumble sale at the Spectrum Centre to help you do just that. A bike jumble sale is an event dedicated to the exchange of used parts with the aim of keeping usable products in circulation rather than lying unused in sheds and garages or ending up in landfill.

Stall Holders:

If you are looking to sell, you can book a spot via our Ticket Tailor. Stall holders can set up from 9am. Any items for sale should be in working order and in a good/clean condition that you’d expect to receive them yourself. Sellers are also responsible for your own transactions and exchanges. You are of course welcome to browse other tables at your leisure. Any unsold goods remain your responsibility and must be taken away at the end of the jumble.

Customers:

You can register your interest to attend as a customer via our Ticket Tailor so we can gauge numbers, but you can also turn up from 10am onwards on the day. It will be up to individual sellers to decide how to manage their transactions so we’d recommend bringing cash along. And don’t forget to bring a bag to carry all your goodies away with you.

Donations:

Velocity will have a table of our own at the jumble. If you have used parts in good condition that you’d like to donate, please get in touch and we can discuss and arrange drop off time. Email: HCWP@velocitylove.co.uk

Photography: We will also take photographs during the session for sharing on social media and reporting purposes. By signing up, you are giving consent to having your photo taken. If you are not comfortable having your photograph taken, please let us know.
